About Alec

I've played symphonies with chamber orchestras and jazz standards with activist street bands, accompanied choirs on piano, and blasted metal in dive bars. If you're interested in learning from someone with a broad range of influences and experiences, I am the teacher for you.

About the lesson

I tailor my teaching materials and methods to each individual student! I have developed curricula for school-age children and adults, with skill levels ranging from beginner to college audition preparation. I am happy to arrange songs for my students upon request, and will do so in a way that is appropriately challenging yet attainable!
