About Salamat
I am a professional music producer/programmer based in Mumbai. I have 4 years of professional experience with my works released on SONY YAY!, T-Series, Zee Music Company, One Music Originals etc. I have worked with Mamta Sharma, Shaan, Suresh Wadkar, Nakash Aziz and many more renowned artists in Hindi/regional music industry including Bollywood biggies. Unlike many professionals in my field, I am a self-taught music programmer/producer which is why I had to learn unconventional ways to learn to get things done efficiently while making songs that have longer life and are remembered; which means new approaches to how to make a song, learning how to interpret and understanding what the song asks.

My classes will be pretty simple and straightforward. -The mindset. This is where I teach you all the philosophies and the proper mentality of how to approach music in general and where it should really come from. -The Tools. This is where you will learn about all the different types of tools you need to turn your musical ideas into reality. -The Practice. This is where you will learn to apply your newly acquired knowledge to practice by further developing skills on how to use your tools. -The assessment. This is where you will learn how to filter out songs that have potential. Understanding this simple fact that "Not every artist always makes gold" is something that will push you to better yourself in your pursuit of making music. -The Repeat. Because let's face it, restarting, reinventing is basically what being an artist is all about and you building on your past experiences. Times keep changing and there is no one-stop solution to mastering music production but there are a couple of things in the mind that if you get right, will ensure you will never run out of relevant music and always hit your mark. *This course design is under the assumption that you have basic knowledge in Music theory and have a passion to contribute to music.
