I am an experienced clarinet player with over 40 years playing in professional organizations. I continue to play for the Highlands Ranch Community Band and also am an alumnus of multiple organizations such as the Castle Rock Orchestra and Denver Concert Band.

I have been playing clarinet since I was 10 and been a member of my college orchestra. Following college, I pursued this passion with multiple engagements with bands and orchestras any place that I have lived. In Denver, I have played with the Denver Concert Band and Castle Rock Orchestra. I can teach from beginner to advanced, focusing on scales, fingering, embouchure, and sightreading.
For beginners, I would focus on how to avoid squeaking and how to control breath.
For Advanced learners, I would focus on smoother fingerings and sightreading.
