Hi, I’m Montana, a jazz guitarist with 18 years of playing experience and a strong background in music theory. I specialize in helping students truly understand how music works, not just memorize shapes or songs, and applying those principles to your own compositions. My lessons focus on jazz, harmony, improvisation, fretboard knowledge, composition, and applying theory in a practical, musical way.
I have experience teaching students of all ages, levels, and all different styles of music. Whether you’re a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or a more advanced player wanting to deepen your jazz vocabulary and theory knowledge, I tailor each lesson to your goals and pace.
