About Jason
I have helped countless people learn how to see beyond the camera and realize their own vision and style. Ultimately, photographs are simply a combination of light and time, but understanding how to use them together is what separates those who own cameras from those who are photographers. Would you like to move beyond shooting in auto mode? Understanding the physics behind the camera is only the first step toward capturing and sharing a much larger world. Is there a specific goal you have in mind or a certain genre you are interested in? Developing that vision will help you create even better photographs!

My approach is that fundamental knowledge and photographic artistry are intertwined. You can't truly create without both skills. Fortunately, both can be learned!
We will start off with an assessment of your current skills, knowledge, and goals, then create a custom program just for you!

Jason is an amazing photographer and has so much patience! He is so good with children! I've never seen him as a teacher but with how good he is with my daughter for her pictures he would be an amazing teacher. Such a talented photographer!
