Hi I am ais and i live in Asia. So I call Joshua coach as jay. I like jay's teaching style. He gave me tasks and responsibilities to improve my singing. Know when to be strict and breaking the ice during the singing practice. He made the session fun and enjoyable but i still can improve my singing. The thing that I remember the most is, I was so shy to sing in public but he brought me to an online singing community event, after my turn he gave me compliments on parts that i did well, and for the part where i messed up he didn't use negative words, instead he gave me an example of how to do it right to reach the right notes.
