About Lauren
I am a passionate Singing tutor with 6 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have successfully guided around 150 students in improving their vocal skills, confidence, and musical expression. My teaching philosophy focuses on personalized learning, patience, and creating a supportive environment where students can grow. I specialize in vocal techniques, breathing exercises, pitch control, rhythm, music theory, and performance skills, helping students develop a strong foundation and love for music.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students improve their singing skills while developing confidence, creativity, and a deeper connection with music. I follow a student-focused methodology where lessons are customized according to each student’s voice, experience level, learning style, and personal goals.
I teach Singing through a combination of vocal techniques, practical exercises, and musical understanding. My lessons include subjects such as vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, pitch control, rhythm, voice modulation, ear training, music theory, pronunciation, song interpretation, harmony, stage confidence, and performance skills. I help students develop proper vocal habits while exploring different music styles and improving their overall expression.
Communication is an important part of my teaching style. I create an open and supportive environment where students can share their challenges, ask questions, and receive clear guidance. I provide constructive feedback to help students understand their progress and areas for improvement.
I focus on problem-solving by identifying each student’s vocal challenges and finding suitable techniques to overcome them. Whether it is improving pitch accuracy, increasing vocal range, or building confidence, I work with students step by step to achieve better results.
Flexibility allows me to adapt my lessons based on each student’s needs and progress. I adjust teaching methods, practice exercises, and song choices to ensure effective learning for beginners as well as advanced students.
Accountability is a key part of my methodology. I encourage students to set goals, maintain regular practice routines, and take an active role in their musical growth. I also track their improvement and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.
I value cultural sensitivity and respect the diversity of musical backgrounds and preferences. I encourage students to explore different genres and traditions while developing their own unique singing style.
My goal is to make singing lessons enjoyable, practical, and inspiring while helping students become confident and expressive performers.
