About Melina
I am an experienced Ex-Professional soccer player with 10years of experience. I played in several tournaments and got offers to play for the national soccer team in Germany as well as Borussia Dortmund. I also played tennis for 7 years and did a training with the NASM for personal training and nutritional coach. I was born and raised in Germany so all my soccer and tennis experience happened there and all over Europe due to tournaments. At the age of 20 I moved to the USA to follow my dreams and started training with NASM to continue my skills as an athlete. As a trainer, my goal is to help you find the technique and methods as well as the strength to work well on the field, allowing your mind and body harmonize in order to make smart moves and smart choices. Rehearsal is the mother of a skill but so Is Communication and Soccer is a Team Sport so I will you how to communicate physically and professionally. Let’s kick together !

My teaching approach is to build a foundation that’s gonna help you understand the steps and key factors of this sport. Building stamina, cardiovascular training and Theorie work is part of it. Building that as a repertoire for you as an athlete is going to help you become confident as an individual and professional athlete. Furthermore I will make sure you get to play with a 2nd person or In group so you experience the praxis of the sport.

Melina is honestly the best teacher for Soccer lessons that i can think of! I Could Not Even Walk With a Ball but melina teached me step by step.
