About Ayman
My approach as a private sports coach Passionate about sport and well-being, my goal is to help my students achieve their physical and mental goals through personalised and motivating support. My teaching method Personalised approach: Each programme is adapted according to the level, objectives and constraints of the student (weight loss, muscle gain, fitness, endurance, etc.). Progressive coaching: I set up progressive sessions, adapted to the level of the practitioner, to avoid injuries and optimise results. Follow-up and motivation: I don't just offer sessions, I am there to motivate, advise and encourage my students to surpass themselves. Sports and nutritional education: Sport goes hand in hand with a good diet. I give adapted nutritional advice to maximise results. Typical course of a class Warm-up (10 min): Prepare the body to avoid injuries and optimise performance. Main session (40-45 min): Targeted exercises according to the objective (muscle strengthening, HIIT, cardio, stretching, etc.). Cool-down & stretching (5-10 min): Recovery and prevention of muscle soreness. Assessment & advice: Adjustment of the programme, feedback on the session and advice for the next session. My specificities as a sports coach 100% personalised coaching: Each session is adapted to the student's abilities and objectives. Motivation and mental: I make it a point of honour to boost self-confidence and exceed one's limits. Experience and expertise: Qualified in sports coaching, with a specialisation in fitness and physical preparation. Flexibility: Sessions possible at home, outdoors or online via videoconference. Who are my classes for? Beginner to advanced level: Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced athlete, I adapt my sessions. Varied objectives: Weight loss, toning, muscle building, improvement of sports performance. All audiences: Teenagers, adults, seniors – I offer coaching tailored to all ages and fitness levels. Individual or group: Coaching is available solo, in pairs, or in small groups for added motivation. My goal: to help you achieve your goals while enjoying exercise!
