About Mario Andrés
I have been doing this activity since 2010, giving classes to more than 200 students, of which 30% today is in professional clubs, 25% are practicing a sport for health or recreation, 5% are doing so. once a week and 40% even though they develop some other activity, they keep in touch with me to carry out their favorite sports activity or simply to help them stay in shape. I consider myself an excellent teacher since above me, there is the comfort and confidence of my Athlete and this is essential for an optimal performance
