I am an enthusiastic and certified swimming instructor with a strong background in helping swimmers of all ages develop genuine comfort and confidence in the pool. My swimming lessons are structured to meet each swimmer at their current comfort level, emphasizing water safety, correct breathing, and relaxation. We begin with essential buoyancy and body alignment drills before moving into stroke mechanics for freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. By breaking down each movement into clear, manageable steps, I create a supportive, stress-free environment where you can conquer water hesitation, build stamina, and develop smooth, effortless technique with every session.
