I am a dedicated and professional aquatic sports instructor with a passion for helping students succeed in and around the water. With experience teaching swimming, synchronized swimming, and diving to students of all ages and skill levels, I provide personalized coaching that focuses on safety, technique, confidence, and long-term development.

My swimming, synchronized swimming, and diving lessons are designed to help students of all ages and experience levels achieve their aquatic goals in a safe, supportive, and motivating environment. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time, improving your stroke technique, developing diving skills, or exploring the artistic and athletic world of synchronized swimming, every lesson is tailored to your individual needs and objectives.
Students will learn proper swimming techniques, breathing control, water safety, stroke development, endurance training, body positioning, coordination, and overall confidence in the water. Diving lessons focus on safe entries, body control, technique refinement, and progressive skill development, while synchronized swimming lessons emphasize flexibility, rhythm, teamwork, artistic expression, and routine performance. Lessons are structured to encourage steady improvement while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
My teaching approach combines expert instruction, positive encouragement, and personalized coaching to help every student reach their full potential. I am readily available and offer flexible scheduling to fit your availability and training needs.
