With experience teaching swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, and aquagym, I provide personalized coaching that emphasizes safety, technique, confidence, and long-term development.

My swimming, synchronized swimming, diving, and aquagym lessons are designed to help students of all ages and abilities develop confidence, fitness, and technical skills in a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment. Whether you are learning to swim for the first time, improving your swimming technique, exploring synchronized swimming, developing diving skills, or looking for a fun and effective water-based fitness program, every lesson is tailored to your individual goals and experience level.
Students will learn proper swimming techniques, breathing control, water safety, stroke development, endurance training, coordination, and body awareness. Synchronized swimming lessons focus on flexibility, rhythm, teamwork, artistic expression, and routine performance. Diving instruction covers safe entry techniques, body positioning, confidence building, and progressive skill development. Aquagym sessions provide an excellent low-impact workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.
Lessons are structured to help students make steady progress while enjoying a positive and motivating learning experience. I am readily available and offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle and training needs.
