Hello! My name is Sourabh Gautam, and I am a 1st Dan Taekwondo Black Belt with over 7 years of experience as both a player and a coach. Taekwondo is not just a sport for me—it is a way of building discipline, confidence, fitness, and self-defense skills.
I enjoy teaching students of all ages and helping them achieve their personal goals, whether they want to improve fitness, learn self-defense, earn higher belt ranks, or prepare for competitions. I believe every student is unique, so I adapt my teaching style to match each individual's learning pace and ability.
My aim is to create a positive, safe, and motivating learning environment where students enjoy training while developing strong skills, confidence, and discipline.

I am a 1st Dan Taekwondo Black Belt with over 7 years of experience as both a player and a coach. I provide professional Taekwondo training for kids, teenagers, adults, and women who want to learn self-defense, improve fitness, build confidence, or prepare for belt tests and competitions.
My classes begin with warm-up and stretching, followed by basic techniques, kicking drills, poomsae, self-defense, fitness training, and sparring practice based on the student's level. I focus on discipline, proper technique, safety, and individual improvement.
Every lesson is personalized according to the student's age, fitness level, and goals. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced learner, I will help you improve your skills step by step in a positive and motivating environment.
