I’m Aleksandr Kalinin, a professional tennis player from Belarus with years of experience at the highest levels of competition. Currently, I’m competing for the top university in my country, GGC, and I’ve also represented my conference in NCAA Division 1 tennis. With a background that includes training alongside former Top 30 WTA players, I bring both on-court experience and expert knowledge to my coaching. My approach is grounded in professionalism, with an emphasis on developing not only technical skills but also the mental and strategic aspects of the game. I understand the importance of consistency and discipline in training, and I tailor each lesson to fit your unique goals, whether you're looking to improve your fundamentals or push your performance to the next level. As a dedicated and passionate tennis coach, my approach centers on personalized training tailored to each player’s unique goals and skill level. I believe in blending technique, strategy, and mental toughness to create a well-rounded player. Whether you're just starting or aiming for a high-performance level, I use a mix of drills, on-court play, and video analysis to break down key elements of the game.
A typical lesson will begin with a warm-up focusing on agility and conditioning, followed by specific technical drills (e.g., serving, forehands, backhands) to improve form and consistency. We’ll then move into situational play where you can practice applying those techniques in match-like scenarios. Each session ends with feedback and clear goals to work on until our next meeting.
What sets me apart as a coach is my experience training with former WTA professionals and my background in competitive NCAA tennis. This allows me to offer insights that bridge professional-level training with a personal, relatable coaching style.
I work with players of all levels—from beginners looking to develop basic skills to advanced players seeking to refine their technique and strategy for high-level competition.
