About Diana
I have been learning and working with French and Spanish for 40-odd years now. That includes teaching, translating, traveling, and studying. I work mostly with Parisian French and so-called "neutral" Spanish, and I would love to help you gain fluency for whatever your goals are: travel, speaking with colleagues, academics, and more.

Spanish
As a native English speaker, I know what the hardest points of French and Spanish are to learn, and how to understand them. We can start from the beginning, use your language skills in conversation, or do tutoring based on the skills you already have. Most learners like to learn some phrases first, then explore the whys and hows of grammar as we go along.
All ages and all skill levels are welcome.

Diana and I taught several courses together at UMass Boston, and have known each other for many years. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, patience, and ability to engage with students. She is great at helping them understand new concepts and build on what they already know.
