Teaching violin for 8 years has allowed me to mentor Teenagers and Adult Learners through practical instruction that develops confidence, discipline, and artistic expression. Helping students accomplish meaningful musical goals continues to inspire my commitment to violin education.
My instruction focuses on posture refinement, bow coordination, rhythmic awareness, expressive phrasing, notation reading, intonation, and performance preparation. Practical coaching transforms challenging techniques into approachable skills while strengthening technical ability and musical confidence.

Every lesson combines structured violin instruction with guided demonstrations, focused technical exercises, and practical performance opportunities. Students strengthen foundational techniques progressively, building confidence while preparing for expressive performances and increasingly advanced repertoire.
Lessons include bow coordination, posture refinement, finger placement, rhythmic precision, scales, shifting, vibrato, sight reading, intonation, tone production, and musical interpretation. Practical exercises strengthen coordination while encouraging confident violin performance.
Supportive coaching, personalized practice plans, and regular progress reviews encourage continuous improvement throughout the learning journey. Individual assignments reinforce technical foundations, helping students achieve measurable growth and lasting confidence through consistent violin practice.
