About Laurent

I am a professional violinist who works both as a teacher and as a freelance violinist. I also have a master's degree in interpretation from Université de Montréal and have been teaching violin for 10 years. I have a lot of patience and try my best to make learning the violin fun and easy!

About the lesson

I usually use the Suzuki method but I am ready to adjust to the needs of everyone. I like to teach a bit of theory and technique in addition to the repertoire to make a more thorough learning experience. Lessons are for anyone looking to get started or to get better at playing the violin, no matter the age and level.

Perfect! Laurent est un prof de violon exceptionnel! Il est patient, passionné et engagé.

He is highly knowledgeable in his craft and I can appreciate the bits of theory he sprinkles into our classes. I have seen exponential improvements in my violin playing since I started taking classes with him.

If you practice consistently, Laurent can help you achieve your violin goals in no time.

I definitely recommend! He is the ideal teacher for any skill level.
