I follow the Hybrid methodology of teaching - by being a demonstrator as well as a facilitator. My classrooms are student centric and I provide direct, differentiated, inquiry based personal learning. I will share the test and sectional overview, the expectations from students and conduct a diagnostic test in the first couple of sessions. Based on my determination of the student requirements, we will together chalk out a preparation plan. Each session will be divided into 2 parts - concept sharing and consolidation followed by sample questions on the concept. I believe in connecting with my students and involving them in planning classes to enhance their participation, enthusiasm and learning.
