As an IT professional with over 25 years of experience, I have a broad knowledge of IT skills. I have successfully taught thousands of students the required IT skills to obtain jobs. I have held a variety of positions including instructor, IT Manager, service desk lead, server administrator, network engineer, and security administrator.

My teaching style includes understanding the students preferred style of learning such as hands-on, visual and/or verbal. I like to break down subjects into smaller parts and allow the student to perform mini activities to reinforce retention. I use real word examples from having worked for many years in the IT field.
