About Yasmin
Hi, my name is Yasmin.
I currently work for one of the Big 4 accounting firms and am studying towards my chartered accountancy qualifications. Over my secondary school years i gained 2 A*'s, 5 A's and 5 B's (GCSE's) and 3 A-C's in my A-levels. Following this I went onto join an accountancy apprenticeship at one of the Big 4 firms where I am currently studying towards my Chartered accountancy qualification. My aim is to help student achieve their goals whether that be pass upcoming examinations or to fulfil insights in certain topic areas.

My aim is to help guide and coach students through various topics within both maths and finance/business studies. Whether that be to cater for interests in the subjects or to pass upcoming exams.
A typical lesson length would be no more than 60 minutes to ensure the student remains engaged.
An introductory session where we go through what the student would like to get out of the lessons, interests they want to learn more about or any areas of certain subjects they are struggling with. Lessons following this will be broken down to 3 sections. Going over any homework set in previous lessons (homework will be set to ensure the student is able to complete tasks independently outside of the lesson and determine areas that need greater focus), the main body of the lesson going through certain topics / areas as discussed in the introduction (this will include practice questions / mocks) and then a reflection section determining any areas that need more focus and setting independent study/homework.
Lessons are for students wanting help with maths and/or business studies for ages 11-16.
