Yoga for adults
I offer personalized private yoga lessons for adults, with each 60-minute session thoughtfully tailored to the individual. Whether you’re working around an injury, navigating mobility challenges, or simply looking to deepen your practice, I adapt each lesson to meet you where you are and help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident in your body. My goal is to create a supportive, accessible practice that works for you—not a one-size-fits-all class.
Yoga for Children
I also offer personalized yoga classes for children, creating playful and engaging sessions that are adapted to each child’s age, abilities, and individual needs. I use songs, creative imagery, props, movement, and storytelling to make yoga fun while helping children build body awareness, confidence, focus, and relaxation skills. I also have experience working with children with developmental challenges and understand the importance of creating a patient, supportive environment where every child can participate and succeed. Children’s lessons range from 45–60 minutes depending on age.
