About Jenny
As an experienced youth worker, I am passionate about supporting young people to recognise their strengths, build confidence and achieve their goals. I enjoy creating a positive, welcoming environment where young people feel listened to, valued and encouraged to be themselves.
I can provide supportive online mentoring for young people aged 13–17, helping them develop practical skills and confidence in areas such as goal setting, building positive routines, education and employment goals, CV writing, job applications and interview preparation.
I believe every young person has their own strengths and potential. My approach is friendly, encouraging and tailored to each individual. I use a mixture of conversation, practical activities and fun games to keep sessions engaging and make sure young people are actively involved in their own progress.
Whether a young person needs support staying motivated, building their self-esteem, setting achievable goals or preparing for their next step in education or employment, I am here to provide consistent encouragement and guidance.
My aim is simple: to help young people believe in themselves, recognise their potential and take positive steps towards their future.
