Lawrence has been teaching on-line courses for years. Having the opportunity to photograph one of his grad school classes, I was impressed with the relationship between him and his students. There was a very apparent honor and respect toward him by every student there. This was clearly not just a "he is our friend" attitude but a "he is preparing us for our future" respect.
