About the lesson

Hello! I’m Professor Mona, a Professor at Cairo University with more than 20 years of university teaching, research, and academic mentoring experience. I am also an adjunct faculty member at international universities.

I hold a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, with additional certifications in Food Science and Nutrition from Harvard University and the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

My academic and research experience covers pharmaceutical sciences, biology, nutrition, food science, plant sciences, natural products, pharmacognosy, nutraceuticals, and functional foods.

I have published more than 40 research and review articles in highly ranked international scientific journals, including:
