Mrs. Breik is such a patient teacher! Even when I didn’t get stuff, she was able to work through my blocks and help me see the concepts behind the practice problems. She really understands the concepts and how they all work together, so when she explains them, they make sense! I really struggled with logs and she was able to make them make sense AND was the main reason I was able to pass calculus! I highly recommend her to anyone I know who needs help with math or physics

I've known Ms. Breik since 2014, she is truly the best professor and teacher I've ever had. She is so sweet, patient, and understanding, which has especially meant a lot to me given my circumstances' complications, instability, and fragility. It is evident that Ms. Breik loves teaching and is passionate about cultivating a love for learning among her students. She truly goes above and beyond, much more than the average teacher/professor. Out of all the teachers I've had, Ms. Breik remains the closest to me. She saw something in me that no other teacher and not even I saw. Emphasizing her conviction in my potential to grow, Ms. Breik helped me realize that I could reach whatever heights I was striving for. When I needed extra help with math or physics, Even stayed after school to help me with concepts I just couldn't grasp (but eventually did, thanks to Ms. Breik!). Ms. Breik values growth and improvement. So many times have I fallen, kicking and screaming in frustration when I was younger and couldn't control my distress and emotions. All she wants is for us to improve and get better and better. Teachers/professors absolutely change students' lives- you just have to find the one. For many students and me, that professor is Ms. Breik. Ms. Breik really cares about her students' well-being and wants us to blossom. Ms. Breik is in it to recognize and foster the potential in all of us. She makes us feel valued and loved, something I wish more teachers did. Not only does it help us academically, but it also helps us emotionally and psychologically be the best we can be. Any student who knows Ms. Breik sees her undeniable inward beauty and light.
