About Xianli
I recently graduated (3.78 GPA, MS in Actuarial Science) from UCSB. Throughout my academic career, I worked as a math tutor of statistic and calculus courses in math lab for two quarters. And I organized review sections for tests to a group of students. So I have experience with tutoring and helping students better at problem solving. During this time, I developed strong leadership, organizational, and classroom management skills. Also, I took a lot of different area mathematics and statistic courses, and the most of the courses got A grade. Since I built strong mathematics fundamentals during my college time, I can instruct on all major math areas, including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Calculus.
