About River
Hi my name is River Smith, I've worked as a 3D Artist for nearly my whole life starting as a teenager modding my own 3D assets into games I loved. I've worked in many 3D Fields from Safety Animations for the Mining Industry, VR Training for Specialized Skills and even 3D Printing and CAD Design. For the past 5 years I have worked independently as a contractor primarily within the Video Game Industry being a Technical Character & Prop/Environment Artist. I feel my diverse experience, passion for art and technical design allows me to provide lessons that not only teach you skills. But hopefully help guide you towards the kind of artist/engineer you want to be.
