About Frances
My journey into programming began with curiosity about software development and how technology can solve everyday problems. I completed a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, where I developed advanced technical and analytical skills. Over the past 9 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds, helping them understand programming concepts and improve their coding confidence. Teaching allows me to simplify technical ideas and guide students effectively throughout their learning journey.
My teaching style is practical, patient, and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I modify my teaching methods according to their pace and learning goals. I focus on building strong fundamentals, encouraging hands-on practice, and helping students approach problems logically. I also create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, experimenting with code, and learning from mistakes. This helps them stay motivated and engaged.
Outside teaching, I continue exploring new programming languages, development tools, and modern technologies to stay updated with industry trends. This helps me bring relevant and practical knowledge into my lessons. Teaching programming is meaningful to me because I see students grow from beginners into confident coders and problem solvers. Helping them develop valuable technical skills, improve their confidence, and prepare for future opportunities is something I truly value, and I remain committed to supporting their long-term growth and success in the field of technology.

My programming lessons are designed to make coding clear, structured, and easy to understand for every student. I guide learners through essential topics such as variables, loops, functions, conditions, arrays, object-oriented programming, and algorithms using step-by-step explanations. I focus on helping students understand the logic behind coding rather than memorizing syntax. Each lesson includes practical exercises, coding challenges, and project-based learning activities that help students apply concepts effectively and build confidence gradually.
Lessons are planned according to the student’s level and learning goals. Beginners start with programming fundamentals and simple coding exercises to build a strong base. Intermediate learners focus on debugging, structured programming, and developing small applications. Advanced students work on algorithms, optimization techniques, and larger projects that improve their problem-solving skills. I provide regular coding assignments, feedback, and revision sessions to ensure continuous improvement and strong understanding.
Programming also helps students develop logical reasoning, creativity, and analytical thinking.
