About Sloane
My passion for programming started with a curiosity about how small lines of code could create meaningful applications and solve real-world problems. This interest led me to earn a B.Sc in Software Engineering followed by an M.Sc in Computer Science, equipping me with deep knowledge of programming languages, algorithms, and software design principles. Over the past 12 years, I have guided students of all levels, helping them master both the technical and conceptual aspects of coding through structured lessons, practical projects, and interactive exercises.
I emphasize clarity, adaptability, and patience in my teaching approach. Many learners face challenges with abstract programming concepts or prior misconceptions, so I break lessons into stepwise guidance, reinforce understanding through examples, and encourage independent experimentation. This approach ensures students not only write functional code but also develop a deep comprehension of underlying logic and problem-solving strategies.
Beyond teaching, I stay engaged with current programming technologies, emerging frameworks, and innovative software solutions. Bringing these insights into the classroom allows students to connect theory with modern practice.
