About Victor
My interest in programming began with a fascination for how logical structures could produce practical applications. This curiosity led me to complete a B.Sc in Information Technology and an M.Sc in Computer Science, providing a solid foundation in software development, algorithms, and data analysis. Over 10 years, I have guided students of different levels to develop programming proficiency, computational thinking, and problem-solving confidence.
I prioritize a student-centered teaching approach that adapts to individual learning styles, combining visual explanations, step-by-step guidance, interactive projects, and reflective discussion. I emphasize understanding over memorization, encouraging students to ask questions, experiment, and think independently, cultivating a growth-oriented mindset and resilience in problem-solving.
Outside teaching, I continuously engage with emerging technologies, personal coding projects, and professional development in programming.
