About Celine

My interest in programming started when I realised how powerful it is to create solutions using simple logic. This led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, where I developed strong coding and problem-solving skills. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them learn programming in a clear and structured way. My experience allows me to guide learners with patience and adaptability.

I believe that programming should be taught in a simple and practical way. My teaching approach focuses on breaking concepts into smaller steps and using examples to make learning easier. I encourage students to practise regularly and ask questions, which helps them build confidence and improve steadily. I also provide continuous support and feedback to ensure effective learning.

Outside teaching, I enjoy working on small coding projects and learning about new technologies. This helps me keep my lessons updated and relevant. Teaching programming is very meaningful to me because I get to help students build valuable skills. Seeing them grow in confidence and ability is something I truly value.

About the lesson

Programming becomes easier when students understand how logic works step by step rather than memorising code. In my lessons, I teach concepts such as variables, loops, conditions, functions, and basic data structures using simple explanations. I focus on building strong foundations so students can write and understand code confidently. I also include practical examples and small projects to help students see how programming works in real life. Each session is supportive and interactive, allowing students to ask questions and learn at their own pace.

As students progress, lessons become more focused on improving problem-solving and coding skills. Beginners learn basic concepts and simple programmes. Intermediate learners work on structured coding, debugging, and building small applications. Advanced students focus on algorithms, complex problems, and project development. I provide regular practice, coding exercises, and feedback to help students improve steadily. This approach helps them build confidence and understand programming clearly.

Programming also helps students develop logical thinking and creativity. As they improve, they learn to solve problems in a structured way and think step by step. They become more confident in building programmes and exploring new ideas. My goal is to make programming simple, interesting, and practical so students feel confident in learning and applying it.
