About Gerold
I have a PhD in computer science and have 10 years of teaching experience at universities in Germany and abroad. My goal is to impart innovative teaching methods and an understanding of the subject. I have mainly taught bachelor and master students and have given them very good degrees.

Short frontal lectures that deal with the subject matter and problems are didactically prepared in practical parts in problem-based teaching and processed together. Traditional didactics can hardly meet the requirements for teaching in programming. Interaction with the learner offers an efficient method to achieve short-term goals. An interplay of knowledge transfer (analytical skills), discussions (critical judgment), and interaction between the teaching units round off my didactic portfolio of successful teaching methods.
