About Rubén

Rubén is a yoga teacher specialized in Ashtanga Yoga and Rocket Vinyasa Yoga. He has also training in Pranayama (breathing), Meditation and Mindfulness. Rubén has collaborated with several yoga studios in Madrid, Zentro Urban Yoga, The Class Yoga, Yogaes, among others. He recently moved to Palma where he combines his passion for yoga with his profession as a Coach. All this makes him teach his classes in a holistic way, balancing body and mind.

About the lesson

Progressive Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga in which the sequence of poses is synchronized with the breath. It helps improve flexibility, concentration and strength, as well as breathing and postural problems. This style of Yoga is born from Ashtanga Yoga that, following its philosophy of Asanas and Vinyasa, introduces greater flexibility in its teaching, allowing it to better adapt to the needs and level of the student.

Las clases son realmente agradables y te sientes genial durante y después de cada práctica.
