What I have noticed in my different pedagogical approaches is that there is nothing more effective than basing learning on an existing need and adapting the learning path to this or these specific requirements. For instance, if you do accounting, or finance, or marketing, or science and technology, you are not going to use Excel the same way. I will therefore adapt the learning by targeting them to your specific needs.
