About the lesson

I always consider my experience in the skill areas like "Leadership - Business - Projects - Quality -Training Management" as my USP (Unique Selling Point) while conducting session to young budding professionals. I share live examples and challenges faced for a better understanding and implementation post training/coaching session.

He has managed the learning and development teams and has been involved in coming up with different techniques to share his knowledge. He is very friendly with youngsters and tries to become a part of them and then help them to shape their career.

He also comes with a variety of experience both in teaching as well as managing IT related project delivery. He has good experience in Project/Program management. He has managed large IT related projects and has also mentored and coached people into different leadership roles.

One thing that I would like to highlight is his constant urge towards learning and upskilling himself. He almost takes up different certification programs and keeps himself updated regularly.
