About Ndimande
I have taught Maths and Physics to classes of more than 50 students. The final results were the highest the school has gotten in the past 10 years. Most of those students hold degrees and diplomas in teaching, engineering, suryeying and IT to name a few. I have a background in mechanical engineering including stats, maths and physics. I also have a background in health sciences which includes human biology, chemist, physics, and quantitative and qualitative statistics. I am currently enrolled for the last 2 courses in my final year on BSc-Property Studies degree from the University of Cape Town specialising in real estate markets, property valuation, finance, financial maths, property and business law, statistics and economics. I am also an intern residential agent with Alexo Property Brokers, but internship is withheld due to covid.

I have one student at the moment and I teach him stats, property valuation and real estate sales.
We have 2 hour lessons twice a week for stats and valuation with an application of each topic to sales and property market transactions. Each lesson begins with a short motivational talk and insight on why the knowledge to be shared is important and relevant to the current economy. This also gives the student the chance to relax and feel free to reflect on the prior knowledge. Sometimes, I have to proceed from one question the student may ask during the small talk and expand out into the whole lesson. I don't like using textbooks but prefer topics that I am well versed at though I still use bulleting to tick off points and check which ones I haven't covered. Since Emilio is just one student, I give him 2 to 3 long discussion type questions to test his insights on some of the choices that must be made before property investment decisions.
