About Daria
I’m a yoga teacher with a background in biology and a strong interest in human anatomy and movement. Before yoga, I worked as a horse riding instructor and a statistical programmer. My approach combines science and mindful movement, helping people better understand their bodies and build a safe, sustainable practice.
