About Wyatt
Fluency comes when you finally stop translating and start thinking in the target language. You might wonder how to balance idioms with formal business Spanish? My lessons leverage my degree and my 5 years of experience to make complex concepts simple. We will look at reading comprehension and interview preparation through a lens of total immersion.
You get free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes as part of our work. My teaching style is precise and designed to help relocation and immigration candidates succeed. We focus on building your confidence through consistent application of new phrases. This is how we make progress.

Teaching started for me while listening to the rhythmic cadence of a busy cafe in Salamanca. I cherish the 5 years I have spent helping students master the subtle differences between Latin American and Castilian variants. My career has involved working with 302 students who represent a wide variety of backgrounds. Whether I am assisting professionals with business Spanish or helping children grasp new vocabulary, I keep my approach highly structured.
My own background involves a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from NYU. I find the cultural context of language to be just as important as the grammar itself. What specific goals do you hope to achieve during our time together?
