About Alafiya

I am a psychology graduate with a strong academic background in Clinical Psychology. I completed my graduation from the University of Delhi and pursued my Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Currently, I am associated with IHBAS, where I am gaining practical exposure to mental health settings. My approach is empathetic, structured, and student-centric. I aim to help learners understand psychology concepts clearly, apply them in real life, and develop emotional awareness and resilience.
