About Sara
I am an M.Sc. Counseling Psychology graduate and a practicing Consultant Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. My background in psychology helps me understand each learner’s individual needs, learning pace, confidence level, and emotional well-being.

My counselling sessions provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about what you are going through. In the first session, I take time to understand your concerns, personal experiences, emotional needs, and goals for counselling. Together, we work at a comfortable pace using practical, evidence-informed strategies to help you manage stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, grief, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive and collaborative, not intimidating. With an empathetic, patient, and structured approach, I aim to help you understand your emotions, develop healthier coping skills, build confidence, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
