About Florentyna
I have a psychology degree and I am currently studying my second degree in Psychology of Mental Health.
I have worked as an aspirations youth coach, a wellness mentor and a pastoral support worker, which have all been in educational settings. I have helped children and young adults with anxiety and depression , bullying , self confidence. My sessions have lead to individuals finding self love and self growth

My method is to firstly identify the emotions you are experiencing. We will then work towards managing those emotions through various strategies such as, emotional hygiene and resilience. We will work towards and end goal we are are trying to overcome it get better at. This is something that will be explored in the first few session as we take the journey into bettering yourself. I use many creative methods and which are tailored to suit individual needs.
