About Rafael
My trajectory includes pedagogical studies and specialized jobs with kids and international students. Currently I’m a college junior working towards a psychology degree with a minor in world languages. To all this I add my extensive work experience that includes customer service, notarized translation services as well as being a counselor for kids with disabilities at a sleepover summer camp in Westchester County.
Mi trayectoria incluye estudios pedagógicos y trabajos especializados con niños y estudiantes extranjeros. Actualmente curso mi tercer año en la universidad en donde estudio psicología y una mención en lenguas. A esto le suma mi experiencia laboral que incluye servicio al cliente, traducciones notariadas en el estado de New Jersey y trabajos como consejero en un campamento de verano en el Condado de Westchester para niños con discapacidades.

I enjoy to teach both groups and one on one classes using pedagogic techniques based on creativity and open discussion / participation in all of my sessions. I also consider that in order to achieve all goals expected on all lessons it is imperative to establish a student - tutor relationship based on respect and a contrast of fun dynamics in order to keep engagement and interest.
Me gusta enseñar en grupos o clases individuales usando técnicas y acercamientos pedagógicos en base a la creatividad y libre participación en mis sesiones. Considero que para lograr los objetivos esperados en las clases es necesario establecer una relación basada en el respeto con un contraste de diversión para mantener el alumno interesado.
