About Abinaya
I am skilled in rapport building and maintain a supportive and approachable learning environment. I make myself available to clarify students’ doubts and guide them throughout their learning process with patience and empathy.
I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling and Psychotherapy. In addition, I have completed a Diploma in Expressive Art Therapy, which has strengthened my understanding of therapeutic techniques and creative interventions for various psychological concerns.
I possess a strong foundation in psychology and am well versed in basic counseling skills, therapeutic approaches, and the core principles of psychological practice. I also attended an Inner Child Healing Programme (2025), which enhanced my understanding of emotional healing and psychological well-being.
Furthermore, I completed a one-month internship in a rehabilitation center, where I gained practical exposure to counseling, client interaction, and mental health support in a clinical setting.
With a combination of academic knowledge, therapeutic training, and practical experience, I aim to help students learn psychology with clarity, confidence, and meaningful real-world understanding.

My teaching style is based on experiential learning, where students understand psychology not only through theory but also through practical application and real-life examples. I strongly believe that hands-on learning helps students develop deeper insight and lasting understanding.
