About Nick
Hi, I’m Nick. I want to tutor because I know first-hand how much of a difference the right tutor can make. I wasn’t given a tutor growing up, until my mum realised in Year 11 how much I was struggling with English and decided I needed extra support. Having that tutor made a huge difference to my confidence and understanding, and showed me that sometimes teachers alone aren’t enough. I want to give other students that same extra support, patience and encouragement when they need it.

I use a patient, friendly and encouraging approach, adapting each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style. I focus on clear explanations, practical examples and plenty of practice. Lessons are typically one hour and are suitable for primary and secondary students studying Maths, Psychology, homework and revision.
