About Philip
I am a Psychology graduate student with a strong background in statistics. Currently, I work as a Teaching Assistant for Psychology Statistics and am pursuing a Diploma in Quantitative Psychology. Having also studied psychology statistics during my undergraduate degree, I understand the challenges students often face when learning these concepts.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to explain statistics from a student's perspective. I know firsthand why topics such as research methods and statistical analysis can feel confusing, overwhelming, or even boring. I enjoy helping students build clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the material.
My tutoring style is patient, relaxed, and interactive. I take a step-by-step approach, ensuring that you fully understand each concept before moving on. There is no pressure and no rushing, just focused support tailored to your learning pace.
If you need assistance with statistical software, I specialize in R and also have experience with SPSS and JASP.
If you think I might be a good fit for your learning goals, feel free to reach out. I'd be happy to discuss how I can help you succeed.
