About Anamika
Hi, I’m Anamika! I’m a Psychology postgraduate who believes studying doesn’t have to feel boring or stressful (promise ).
If something isn’t making sense, we’ll break it down, simplify it, and go over it until it finally clicks. No pressure, no judgement- you can ask me anything, even if it feels like a “silly” question (there’s no such thing here).
I like to keep my lessons relaxed and interactive, so it feels more like a conversation than a lecture. We’ll figure out what works best for you and go at your pace.
My goal is simple: help you understand things better, feel more confident, and maybe even enjoy the process a little along the way.

I focus on simplifying complex concepts into easy, relatable ideas. I use a mix of real-life examples, active recall, and discussion-based learning to ensure deep understanding rather than rote memorisation. I also incorporate visual aids, structured notes, and exam-focused strategies when needed. My background in psychology helps me understand how students learn best, so I adapt my pace and style accordingly.
Typically, lessons are 60 minutes long, but I can adjust depending on the student’s needs. A session usually includes concept explanation, interactive discussion, practice questions, and a quick recap to reinforce learning.
I hold an MSc in Psychology and have experience as a Research Assistant, Behaviour Technician trainee, and Student Ambassador. I’ve worked with diverse learners, including neurodiverse children and individuals needing academic and emotional support. I also have experience in mentoring and guiding students in both academic and personal development.
My lessons are suitable for school students, undergraduate psychology students, and anyone interested in understanding psychology basics or English. I can support with exam preparation, assignments, and building foundational knowledge.
