About Dominika
I'm a psychology student who is willing to help others with their problems, mental struggles, personal development... I have a history of anxiety, stress and depression and therefore I am more able to understand people and their emotions. I'm empathetic and non-judgemental person. You can tell me everything. I have done mentoring with kids, music therapy sessions with adults and therapy sessions with students. I'm still learning and developing my skills.

My teaching methods are based on your needs. Not every exercise will be suitable for everyone so I'm approaching everyone individually. I will use many psychological exercises taken from CBT therapy, mindfulness and many other. I'm taking into account your diet too, your attitude, nutrition, environment and your life situation. Only holistic approach will give the answer to your situation and therefore only then you can change yourself and grow personally.
Lessons can be in English or Polish language.
