About Pooja
I am a national level boxer with four years of structured training at the Sports Authority of India. I have competed at the national level, won a silver medal at the Northern Zone, and represented Banaras Hindu University at the All India University Games. Boxing has taught me discipline, mental strength, and self-confidence, and I want to share these skills with others. My goal is to help students build fitness, confidence, and proper boxing fundamentals in a safe and motivating environment.

This boxing class is designed for beginners and fitness-focused learners who want to build strength, discipline, and confidence. I am a national level boxer with four years of training as a trainee at the Sports Authority of India. I am a silver medalist at the Northern Zone level and have represented Banaras Hindu University at the All India University Games. My sessions focus on correct boxing techniques, fitness, footwork, and mental strength in a safe and motivating environment.
