About Staci

My name is Staci and I have a PhD in Psychology. I have worked for over 10 years as an educator in Psychology at the university level, with a particular focus on introductory units and student support. I have a clear passion for teaching and enjoy assisting students across all units in undergraduate psychology. I have won multiple awards for my teaching work, and take pride in my excellent student feedback. I look forward to working with you and showing you how to really make the most of your degree. Studying psychology should be fun and intriguing, but this is often masked by the experience of being confused or finding the workload overwhelming. Let me help you with that aspect and help you focus on the concepts and ideas that you are passionate about.

About the lesson

As a previous Lecturer in Psychology, I have experience in teaching all units across undergraduate psychology degrees. My strength has always been in taking complicated concepts (think statistics, psychopathology, research design, biology, etc) and breaking this down for students to easily digest and understand.
I have marked thousands (literally) of assessments across undergraduate and postgraduate psychology. I have also supervised both honours and masters level students.

In this listing I am offering assessment guidance, writing feedback, proof-reading, assessment of adherence to APA style, and checks against assignment guides and marking rubrics. Let me give you feedback on your assessments from the perspective of a very experienced marker!
